Ann (Copperthite) Watson was born in England.
Ann Copperthite (or Copperthwaite)[1] was baptized on 18 Nov 1792 at St. Paul's Church in Hammersmith, Middlesex, England. She was the daughter of John Copperthite and Rosanna Clifford.[2][3]


Ann married James Watson on 28 Oct 1817 at All Saints Church in Wandsworth, Surrey, England.[4] James was a cordwainer and shoemaker by trade. The couple had eight children together.[5]


Ann Copperthite Watson died in childbirth at the age of 50 years old on 29 Sep 1842 at No. 1 Eatley's Buildings in Chelsea St. Luke, Middlesex, England.[6] She was buried on 5 Oct 1842 at the parish church of Chelsea St. Luke.[7]
