Biography

Fransis Adeline "Franky" Corbin was born on 18 Feb 1851 in Claiborne County, Tennessee, She was the daughter of Alfred P Corbin and Elizabeth Coleman Corbin. In 1869 she married John J Collinsworth in Claiborne County, Tennessee..

They had several children, to include: Rebecca "Bettie", William Canada, Alfred Callaway, Milton Curtis, Eliza Ann, Theodocia Bernetta, Louisa M and China A Collinsworth. Nearly all the children were born in Tennessee, but by 1890 the family had moved to Texas, and is where son Milton was born. About twenty years after the family moved to Texas,

Franky died on 17 Sep 1910 in Greenville, Hunt County, Texas and she is buried in Collinsworth Cemetery, Plano, Texas.
