Edward Cordell was baptised at St. Matthews Bethnal Green on March 1 1748[1] aged 23 days so he was born on February 7 1748, to John Cordell and Elizabeth Edwards Edward's father John was a weaver. Edward married Mary Ann Ashmore at St. Leonard, Shoreditch, London on October 12., 1772[2]
Edward died in 1784 and was buried on March 9, 1794 at Spitalfields, London, Middlesex, England.[3]
