Biography
Alta Lee Corley was born on 24 Aug 1894 in Texas, United States, son of Kitt Brooks Corley (1856–1948) and Savannah Lain (1873–1962).[1]
Alta had a sister, Addie Eugenia Corley (11 Jun 1896 – 22 Jan 1974).
Alta (21) married Ethel Inez Stowers (20) (born on 16 Jan 1895 in Texas; daughter of Andrew Tolbert Stowers and Ida Lola (Jinright) Stowers) in 1916. Their daughter was Helen Marie Corley (27 Mar 1918 – 8 Jul 2004).
Alta died on 20 Apr 1974 in Waco, McLennan, Texas, aged 79.[2]
