The Cornelison LNAB on this profile is a fabrication by somebody in an attempt to name him the progenitor of the later Cornelison line in America. He may indeed be an ancestor of that line, but there are massive holes in the lineage.

In either case, it is a near-certainty that this Aerdt was not born patronymically Cornelison, and most likely instead he had the patronymic Hermans, based on what has survived of his name as entered here.
