James Cornelius was born in Kentucky.
James Wilson Cornelius was born Jan 1817 [1] in Whitley County, Kentucky, USA. He is the son of Elihu Cornelius (1780-1863) and Nancy Henson (1785-1855).
James married Elizabeth "Betsy" Stephens on 9 Sep 1836 in Whitley, Kentucky, United States.[2] In the 1900 Census, they had been married 63 years.[3]
