Biography

Joel was born about 1675. He was the son of William Cornick and Elizabeth Martin. He passed away about 1725.

Joel was an active attorney in southeastern Virginia Colony and adjacent areas of North Carolina.[1] In 1699, he was appointed a Justice of the Peace for Princess Anne County, Colony of Virginia.[2]
