Clara Cornish was 4 years old at the time of the 1870 US census for Deerfield Township, Chickasaw, Iowa where she lived with her parents Robert and Mary Cornish (born in New York), brother Judson, born in Minnesota, and siblings Oscar and Cora, who were born in Iowa, as was Clara. [1]
On 5 November 1894, Clara B. Cornish, age 28, daughter of Robert A Cornish and Mary J. Culver, married Leander Gosselin, son of Eloi Gosselin and Josete St. Dennis. [2]
Clara (Cornish) Gosselin died in Davenport, Scott, Iowa on 17 Dec 1929, aged 65. [3]
