Mary Cornish was born in Green Point, Hermitage Bay on March 30, 1881, daughter of of Richard W. Cornish and Elizabeth (Lilly) Cornish, and baptized on June 26 1881 by George H. Bishop, Anglican.[1]
First Marriage
Bay de East, October 20 1899, Benjamin Harris and Mary Cornish; he a 27 year old bachelor fisherman, she a 18 year old spinster, both of Goblin; witnesses Samuel Harris and Mary Ann Hiscock.[2]
Second Marriage
Hermitage, August 14 1913, Thomas Northcote and Mary Harris; he a 45 year old widower and fisherman, she a 33 year old widow, both of Furby's Cove; witnesses Thomas Engram and Alice and Mead.[3]
