Rose Corp (married name Sewell) was born on 12 October 1882 in Thebarton, South Australia, the daughter of Lucinda (Dixon) Corp and Joseph Andrew Corp.^{[citation needed]}

She married Jonah Andrew Sewell on 22 July 1912 in Victoria.^[1] Their children were:
