"Le vingt neuf Avril mil huit cens onze après trois publications deBans deMariage faites au Prone de laMesse Paroissiale par trois Dimanches consecutifs Savoir le 14, le 21 & le 28 dumême mois entre Simon Corporon fils mineur d’Abraham Gilbert Corporon & de Marie Douset decette Paroissed’une part & entre Marie Le ger fille mineure defeu Jean Baptiste Leger & de CecileMiuce aussi decette Paroisse d’autre part Sans qu’il SeSoit rencontré aucun obstacle ou opposition quelconque excepté lempêchement de consanguinité au troisieme degré delapart de l’épousée & Au quatrieme du coté dugarçon dontles parties ont obtenu la Dispense delapart de Monsieur Edmund Burke grand vicaire d’Halifax" [1] He died between 1837 and December 28 ,1842, when his wife Marie was listed as a widow in a land conveyance.[2] He likely died around February 1842, as probate was granted in his estate on March 21, 1842.[3]
