was the son of Jacob Lent 17 and Elizabeth or Elsie de Ronde. He was a weaver and his wife was a spinster, as given in the State Records, and Jonathan Hazard and William Morris, of New York, shopkeeper and mariner, respectively, were bondsmen at his marriage to Jennetje (Jane), daughter of Benjamin Corssen, of the Manor of Fordham, September 27, 1753.
