My name at birth was Patricia Mary Corwin, daughter of Roy Ernest Corwin (he was born Roy Ernst Peterson) and Doris Ethel Becker. My tree includes my ancestry and the father of my children (my first husband), Ronald James Anglesey (RIP). I am retired and currently live in Minnesota. I was the genealogist for the Valdres Samband (Valdres Valley in Norway) for five years; currently volunteer for the Swedish Genealogical Society of Minnesota, and occasionally do local genealogy research for (out of Utah).

My goal is to research folks in my tree to find stories, break down those brick walls, meet cousins, and, of course, collaborate with those willing to do so.

Some of the surnames in my tree: Anglesey, Becker, Wurtinger, Warner, Crowell, West, Underhill, Meriwether, Bell, Burton, Nance.

Some areas of interest: Sweden, England, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and in the US: New York, Virginia, Indiana, Missouri, Minnesota, Iowa.

Hello Patricia,

How are you doing? Hope you're enjoying our site.

Our vision is to build a collaborative tree. Please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Having dates and locations attached to every person assists in our mission as well.

Feel free to check out How To Use WikiTree. It's a great step-by-step guide.

Also Help Index with links to topics you may have questions on. Don't forget our G2G Forum where many of our generous members help each other out.

And of course, I'm here to help in any way I’m able. Just ask!

Welcome to WikiTree. We are building one Collaborative Worldwide Tree. Please check for duplicates when adding new profiles to WikiTree. Sources are very important. Please add as much info as you can.

G2G help

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Whoever said "seek and ye shall find" was NOT a genealogist!

My tree is a work in progress. My goal is to source the information I've found, some was found a long time before I knew the importance of sources and that the information copied must be verified. I would be happy to collaborate and share what I have in my tree.

I see a GEDCOM badge. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful.

The help pages give lots of information about the process, best to start with 'Before you import a GEDCOM'.

Please keep in mind that our vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Thank you for taking the time to go through your gedmatches.
