Élise "Liza", fille d'Edouard COSSETTE et de Lucie LHEUREUX, est née le 3 août 1846, et baptisée Élizabeth, le lendemain à Saint-Stanislas. [1]
Le 2 août 1864, à St-Narcisse de Champlain, elle épouse Thomas MASSICOTTE, fils de Louis MASSICOTTE et de Marguerite CLOUTIER [2] Leurs enfants connus sont (Sources: IGD et BAC):

En 1881, Thomas, cultivateur de 35 ans, résident de St-Narcisse de Champlain, est remarié avec Marguerite LHEUREUX, 37 ans. Les enfants d'Élise vivent avec eux: Joseph, 14 - Georgina, 12 - Henri, 8 et Alfred, 6 ans. [3]
Élise est décédée le 22 avril 1875 à Meriden au Connecticut, et inhumée le 29 avril à Saint-Narcisse. [4]
