William was born in 1898^[1] He was the son of William Cotter and Elizabeth Goodland. He was living with his mother and siblings in 1901^[2] He was living with his mother and siblings in 1911^[3] He married in 1958^[4] He passed away in 1967^[5] He was buried at Barton St David, South Somerset District, Somerset, England in 1867^[6]
