William was born in 1898[1] He was the son of William Cotter and Elizabeth Goodland. He was living with his mother and siblings in 1901[2] He was living with his mother and siblings in 1911[3] He married in 1958[4] He passed away in 1967[5] He was buried at Barton St David, South Somerset District, Somerset, England in 1867[6]
