Birth and Parents: Willie Keith Cotter was born on 19 September 1918 in Alabama.[1] He was the son of Willie Foster Cotter (abt.1881-1953) and Audra Hortense (Brown) Cotter (abt.1894-1961).[2]

Death and Burial: W. Keith Cotter passed away on 11 August 2003 in Enterprise, Coffee County, Alabama.[1] He was buried in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens, Opp, Covington County, Alabama.[9]
