Marriage: Willie K Cotter and Sara Frances Maddox, daughter of Elon Maddox and Bertha (Sasser) Maddox, were married on 07 September 1946 in Coffee County, Alabama.[8]
Death and Burial: W. Keith Cotter passed away on 11 August 2003 in Enterprise, Coffee County, Alabama.[1] He was buried in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens, Opp, Covington County, Alabama.[9]
