Biography
Jesse was born 1838 in Tennessee. He is the son of Samuel Cline Cotter (1805-1856) and Susannah (Oliver) Cotter (1806-1891).
Jesse married Susan Estella Johns (1838-1900).
Jesse passed away 1928 in California, and is buried in Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood, Los Angeles County, California, USA.[1]
