William Jasper Cotter was born on 16 November 1823 in Hall County, Georgia, United States, son of John Vance Cotter and Mary Ann (Nall) Cotter.
William Jasper died on 4 January 1922 in Coweta County, Georgia aged 98. He is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia, USA.[1]
