- William Coulter was born about 1739 in Sussex Co., Delaware.
- On June 3, 1763 William of Cumberland Co, applied fo 100 acres including a small improvement on the Big Run and Evette Creek about 3 miles from the Three Springs in Cumberland County.

Samual & William were brothers. Sam born about 1695, Married Anna Dobson and he died (believed interstate) before 1771. William is my direct ancestor and married Elizabeth Prettyman in 1725 in Sussex, Del. Wm. was born 12/12/1697 and died about 1758 in Del. They had James ( my direct line), Elizabeth, Thomas, Wm., Samual Prettyman C., John, Comfort and Ruth. Hope this helps.
