Winifred was born in 1901. Her parents were John Count and Agness Bown.[1]
Wilifred married Ralph Oglvy in 1917 at St Georges Church, Hanover Square, London. [citation needed] They had as son, Ronald Ralph Oglvy (1918 - 1981)
