Marie was born about 1752.

She was the daughter of Antoine Courchesne and Marie Sicard.

She married Jean Baptiste Lacharite, son of Jean Baptiste Lampron dit Lacharite and Francoise Delguiel, on February 22, 1773 at (Louiseville), Riviere-du-Loup[1]

Children born to Marie Courchaine and Jean-Baptiste Lacharite were:

Marie Lacharite: November 9, 1773
