Anne Courtemanche was baptized on 9 Mar 1666 in Notre-Dame de Montréal, Canada, Nouvelle France. Her parents were Antoine Courtemanche and Élisabeth Haguin. Godparents at the infant's baptism were Étienne Hardouyn and Anne Loyseau, wife of Guillaume Jandron.[1]

Marriage
Anne Courtemanche, aged 21 on the record, married Laurent Archambau, aged 18 on the record, son of Laurens Archambau and Catherine Marchand, on 21 Oct 1686 in Pointe-aux-Trembles-de-Montréal. In the presence of known witnesses Paul Daveluy, Jacques Archambau, André Archambau, Jean Coron, Jean Dupuis, Louis Gervaise, Antoine Courtemanche, Jean Roy, François Fortin, Anne Archambau, Madeleine Courtemasnche, Jeanne Courtemanche, Petronille Tessier, Élisabeth Charli, Jeanne Gervaise, and Claude Damise. The celebrant priest was Seguenot.[5]

Death and Burial
Anne Courtemanche, wife of Laurent Archambaut, passed away on 4 Aug 1737 being given the age of around 71 years on the record. Her burial was the 6th in Saint-François-d'Assise parish cemetery of Longue-Pointe de Montréal. In the presence of known witnesses Nicolas Bourdet and Toussaint Pépin. The officiating priest was Ruffin.[6]
