Courtney-80 and Courtenay-1070 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, same birth and death dates, same parents (according to findagrave link).
John the son is Courtenay-1070. The other two Johns are both married to the same woman. As she did not marry her son, the dates on one of the husbands is wrong and should be changed so that they match. I can do this, if you like. Then the two Johns should be merged. Alternatively, detach the younger John whose dates have been confused with the son's and merge him with the son.
Unless you think Margaret actually married two Johns, one of them being her son?
I removed the marriage of Courtney-80 to Margaret Wyndham. That was clearly wrong since the findagrave link on the profile says Margaret was his mother. Now Courtney-80 and Courtenay-1070 can be merged without saying that John married his mother.
Courtenay-1121 and Courtney-80 do not represent the same person because: Parents of Courntenay-1121 died before Courtney-80 was born.
Courtney-80 and Courtenay-1070 are more likely matches (same birth/death dates) but one is the husband and the other is the son of Margaret (Wyndham) Courtenay.
I would say we are looking at father and son with the same name and some more research is needed to fully clarify the biographies of each.
