Courts-158 and Courts-12 appear to represent the same person because: they share similar vital statistics, the same parents, the same spouse and similar children.

I would recommend that Thomas Rockwood be removed as the husband unless proof can be found otherwise. I have only seem proof of three spouses for Charity Courts. Zachariah Wade, Samuel Adams and Samuel Moore are proven spouses.

Where does all these husbands and children come from? Charity Courts FIRST married Bayne Smallwood, he was much older than her, he died in 1709, she then married Daniel Dulany, the Elder, in 1710. She died in 1711 at Pyckawaxon Manor, Charles County, British Colonial Maryland.
