Biography
Frances Coutts was born in 1773. She was the daughter of John Coutts and his wife Elizabeth Starkey.
Frances married the Marquis of Bute in September 1800
MARRIED, | Wednesday, Miss Coutts, daughter of Thomas Coutts Esq. banker in the Strand, London, at her father's house in Piccadilly, to the Marquis. of Bute.- The ceremony was performed by the Lord Bishop of Winchester.

She had two children, a son and a daughter[2] before The Marquis died in 1815.
She passed away in 1832.
