Dorothy Cowper was a member of the aristocracy in England.

Dorothy Cowper (1745-1786) was the 2nd daughter and sole heir of Edmund Cowper, esq. of Overlegh, Chester. She married 29 Oct 1764 at St. Jame's Westminster Thomas Cholmondeley of Vale Royal. [1]
