John Henry Cox married 1) Katharine Obermoyer on 28 Feb. 1830 in Cayuga Co., NY and 2) Nancy Doulan Banks on Feb. 15, 1846 in Sandusky Co., OH.
In 1834, John and Katherine moved to Sandusky Co., Ohio. Later, he moved to Lansing, MI.
His grave in Mt. Hope Cemetery has no marker.
