Hi you'll Thank you for your participating in the 2018 Team Tennessee Volunteers Clean-a-Thon. I hope you will join me again this fall for the 2019 Team Tennessee source-a-thon and next year for the 2019 Team Tennessee Volunteers Clean-a-Thon. I had fun doing this no matter if I did get stress with my life at home. You did 834

Do you have my email address and could you add that so I can join your trusted list so at the end I could put a sticker just like the one you have about participating in the clean-a-thon but I will add how many you did and what your Team did and the total of the two teams together. Plus there was on a fellow teammate a flag with Team Tennessee underneath it that I thought you might like for me to add it also.

Linda your name is under the spread sheet tab that says Team Ten and it is colored don't give up but look for that tab

The way that I understand it, the spreadsheet is just to mark off what section you are working on. So it is literally just filling a cell with a color. Nothing else.

That way everyone knows what everyone is working on and we aren't working on the same error code in the same century.

For me, it makes it easier as I can choose to work on error code 402 from 1800-1899 and know that no one has touched that area yet so we aren't duplicating effort!

Hopefully that reverses some of the scariness?

Everybody I forgot to tell you that along with the spreadsheet also use this also to like we use in Data Doctor challenge use this link (DBE ErrorList TN)

Just concentrate on this and everything will fall in place the spreadsheet was taken from this link (DBE ErrorList TN) so use this link that will be very easy to do. This is where you go to get the names and profile to clean up. You will have to use this link on the Team freespace page to be able for that link to work.

Linda just forget about the error type and just concentrate on the spreadsheet that I have a tab on it and it is Team Ten. Now Everyone needs to go to and also read the instructions to the spread sheet and then pick a color that you want to use when the clean-a-thon starts when you get an error cell done. Done below the list of errors to correct will be all of your names and color in your name with the color you want to use during the clean-a-thon. Here is the links to the Spread sheet and our tab is Team Ten and also here is the link to the instruction to the spreadsheet also. * -instructions how to use spreadsheet for TeamTenn

Here is one targeted for YOUR tab "Team Ten"

Remember, if you want to use the "live chat" I need to input an email address for you. If you don't see the button, it isn't in

Everybody the clean-a-thon is this week you need make sure that your name under the list of errors on the spread sheet is colored in with what color your are going to use during the clean-a-thon next weekend starting next Saturday. Plus follow this Leave the individual CELLS white and add YOUR color as you do them. This helps avoid collisions. OPEN and NEW duplicate the centry cells. Barbara I do not know who did that but I didn't and the clean-a-thon doesn't start till next Saturday. That when you use that spreadsheet. Also make sure you read the instruction on how to use the spreadsheet. But do not do or use the spreadsheet until next Saturday. Except color your name with what color you want to use during the clean-a-thon

Go to the sheet now and make sure your name is on the list on the bottom. Add a color to your name that no one else is using.

Then, on Saturday, when we start, you use the color you have chosen for your name and add it to the box you are currently working on.

If you want to participate in Chat on the sheet itself, send a private message to Steven Tibbetts with your email address.

Here are Steven's directions for the sheet:
