Biography

Mary Lou Cox, daughter of William J. and Harriet (Chandler) Cox, was born on 11 Oct. 1895 at Georgia.[1] She appeared on the census of 19 June 1900 in the home of her parents at Lake Creek, Polk County, Georgia.[2] She appeared on the census of 22 April 1910 in the home of her parents at Lake Creek, Polk County, Georgia.[3]

She married Gordon Deaton.[1]

She married Garrard.[1]

Mary Lou died on 14 June 1974 at Rome, Floyd County, Georgia and was buried at Pleasant Hope Cemetery, Rome, Floyd County, Georgia. Her memorial has a photo of her headstone, a copy of her obituary and links to those of family members.[1]
