Jonathan Vernon was residing in Stokes County, North Carolina in the 1790, 1800 and 1810 U.S. census. The family was residing in Milton township in the 1820 U.S. census.
Mary Vernon passed away on October 4, 1844 in Jackson County, Ohio. She is buried[1] at Petrea Cemetery, Petrea, Jackson County, Ohio next to Jonathan.
