Ruth was born in 1918. She was the daughter of George Davenport Cox and Flora Thornton Stronach. She married Gordon Connell. She passed away in 1990.
CONNELL, Ruth Stronach - 72, Weston, Kings County, died Thursday at home. Born in Weston, she was a daughter of the late G. Davenport and Flora (Stronach) Cox. She was a graduate of Kings County Academy and was a secretary in Halifax and Montreal. She retired from A.P. Franey, Weston, as a bookkeeper. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon. The body is in Warren T, Roop Funeral Home, Middleton, where funeral will be 3 p.m. Monday. Rev. Gordon DeLong officiating. Burial in Berwick Cemetery. No flowers by request.
