Emma Cox (married name Roberts then Lowrie) was born in 1864 in Malmsbury, Victoria, Australia. She was the daughter of Anne (Turner) Cox and George Cox.^[1]

She married Arthur Roberts 1861–1900 in Victoria about 1892.^{[citation needed]} Their children were:^{[citation needed]}

• Alice Edith Roberts (1892–1973)
• Edna May Roberts (1893–1970)
• Stanley James Roberts (1895–1956)

Emma was married to Mr Lowrie.^{[citation needed]}

Emma died in 1914 in Melbourne, Victoria, aged 51 years.^[2]
