Phoebe (Cozine) Westervelt was part of the Low Dutch Settlements in Kentucky, 1780-1810

Phoebe Cozine is a daughter of Pennsylvania patriot Cornelius Cozine (Cosine) [1] and wife of James Westervelt. [2]
