Francis Harvey CRAMLING was born in 1879 in Cheltenham, Colony of Victoria^[1]. He was the son of Francis Joseph CRAMLING and Thomasine HARVEY.

He committed suicide on 14 November 1900 in Cheltenham, Colony of Victoria^[2][3] and was buried at the Cheltenham Pioneer Cemetery, Cheltenham, Bayside City, Victoria, Australia^[4].
