Hello Sandra, I was hoping you could help me with anything else you might have on Sarah Crane-3947. I'm puzzled because it looks like her mother Abigail, married Benjamin Crane when she was at least 38 years old. She then had 4 children? it seems risky at best. I would love it to be so, since I have a loose Sara Crane in my line that could be her. Sara Crane-5055 was born in that same time window. She married my 5G Grandfather, Benjamin Hatch on 26 Oct 1747 in New London, CT. I would like to have more documentatiion before I propose a merge. I may have eliminated Elijah Crane once before, thinking that Mary Sherman was his only wife.
And, I'm not sure the Benjamin from Barnstable, Mass. is the same Benjamin who married Sarah Crane in Connecticut. I'll keep looking though.
