Frances was born around March 1826 and baptised on 5 April 1826 at the Parish Church of St. Botolph, The Hill, in the Town of Northfleet, immediately west of the Town of Gravesend, District of Gravesend, borough of Gravesham, in Kent, England[1][2]. Frances migrated to Western Australia with her parents on the Gilmore, arriving on 15 December 1829[3].
Frances married John Spice on the 17 November 1846 at the Parish Church of All Saints (oldest church in W.A.), Henry Street, Henley Brook in Upper Swan, City of Perth, Colony of Western Australia, Australia[4]. During their union, at least twelve (12) children were born to the couple. Frances passed away, at the age of 65, on the 28 September 1891 in the City of Perth, Western Australia, Australia[5].
