Biography

Newton Crawford was born on October 29, 1809 Union Township, Tolland County, Connecticut .[1]

His parents were Luther Crawford and Elizabeth Wilbur [1]

Miss Lorana Pratt (1810-) and Mr. Newton Crawford were married in Cuyahoga County, Ohio on November 20, 1831. Lorana was an American-born daughter of Canadians, Josiah Pratt and June.[2] Lorana was born on October 24, 1810 in Westmoreland, Cheshire County, New Hampshire.[3]

Newton Crawford died on December 14, 1890 in the District of Columbia. He was 81 years young at the time of his death.[4]
