Married Valentine Crawford, 5 Jul 1837, Estill Co KY - son of Archibald & Margaret (Brown) Crawford. Database of a descendant of Isabell's sister Deborah who married John H. Brandenburg, gives a birth year for Isabell as 1820. This is correct according to the 1850 Census when she is found with Valentine Crawford in Breathitt Co KY. They lived next door to her brother Nicholas and his family.

Valentine and Isabelle were still living in Breathitt Co in 1880, Jetts Creek, page 580b. He was age 69, and Isabelle age 60. Valentine's father was born in VA; his mother b. KY.
