THREE ACCIDENTS IN NORTH PELHAM Three minor accidents were reported to North Pelham police over the weekend. No one was injured in any of the crashes and no charges were filed against any of the drivers. On Saturday night, the slippery condition of the pavement at Fourth street and Fifth Avenue caused a collision between cars operated by Reginald E. Crawford of 34 Webster Avenue, New Rochelle and William Treasurer of 537 Third Avenue. According to police, Crawford was driving east on Fourth street when his car collided with Treasurer's car which was turning into Fourth street from Fifth avenue. A short line later, a car owned by Daniel Reeves, Inc., of New York City, and operated by Thomas A. Reldy of 122 East 2315th Street, New York City, struck a trolley car operated by C. Pastore of Garden Avenue, Mount Vernon, on Fifth Avenue at Fourth Street.
