Notes from reading the document. On the 1st page it says Charles A. Crawford, Port of Detroit, Date 12-12-unreadable. Nationality Canadian, race Scottish. Reads, wrights in Eng. Has $700 on him. Last permanent residence, Ridgetown Ont. Going to Detroit, Going to join relative Clifford Crawford at 2147? Hillear? Ave Detroit. Intend to become US Citizen. Accompanied by None. Nearest relative in country they are coming from: CHAS A. CRAWFORD, Grand Forks British Columbia. Seaport of landing: Detroit. Then there is another date which when compare to the other number in other areas looks to be 12-12-25, so 1925.

On the 2nd page it says he in an immigrate and something about Ontario, the rest I couldn't read.

NOTE: on the 1920 Census Charles Son Clifford was living at 447 Hillger AVe Detroit. So this must be who this Charles A Crawford age 28 was staying with. So this appears to be his Clifford's brother mention in the 1911 census as Auther, real name Charles Arthur Crawford.
