This describes a deed transfers from John Paine heirs to Both Francis Awbrey and William Callis (husband of Sarah). It seems reasonable to expect this was from their Aunt Elizabeth Paine (Payne).

I think that maybe the 1630 birth year was meant for the Jane (Mrs. Johnstone), rather than her daughter Jane Johnstone (I changed the birth year for the daughter).
