Biography

Alexander was born in Lairg, Sutherland, Scotland in 1869. ^[1] He is the son of James Crawford and Lillias Tough.^[2] He was recorded in the 1871 Census of Scotland as living in Lairg, Sutherland Scotland with his parents and siblings.^[3]
