Jessie was married to two "Bettys", one Elizabeth Ann who is William Thomas' mother and Lewis who died young as well

The rest of Jesse's children were from his second wife Emily Elizabeth Barley Crawford. I did not enter Minerva as his mother, she in fact his grandmother and I have no idea how Minerva got entered as his mother, but it was not me. Betty Hall and Thomas divorced and she went and lived with her parents.

I do know that the Hall family was being researched so maybe they edited that file. If you notice, there is an Owenville listed as well which I didn't enter as I really didn't research the Hall family as my grandfather was Dee and the son of Jesse's second wife

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with William by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with William:

Please note, some changes have been made to my Jesse Blackston's file according to the notes below, I did not make them. Jesse married a second Betty and that was my Dee Crawford's mother and his grandmothers were Martha Reynolds Crawford and Mary Barley. Hopefully these have not been merged.
Crawford-8831 and Crawford-8802 appear to represent the same person because: Are these the same person? They have the same date of birth, the same day of death, but different years, the same source ie 870 Robertson Co, TX Census Pct 4 Owenville pg 169.

Also Crawford-8802's mother is Minerva Cheatham, but I think that may be an error as in the profile it says Dock was the son of Jesse Blackston Crawford and Betty, his first wife.

Hi Adiene

In the bio it says that Dock was the son of Jesse Blackston Crawford and Betty, his first wife.

You have his mother as Minerva Cheatham, and don't have him connected to his father. You need to edit his profile and then edit his mother to Hall-18877.
