Crawford was born in 1849.

Ceremony performed by Reverend J. McGarvie. Undertakers were J. and C. Hardy. Louise Blanchard was the Presbyterian Minister officiating at the funeral. Fireman when married - on trains. Lived with daughter, Elsie from when she married until he died. An angry controlling man who made Elsie's life miserable.
