Forrest Herman Creamer was born on November 11, 1894, in Portis, Kansas to William Creamer and Blanche (Farnsworth) Creamer. He had one son, Carl , with Lola Viola Warner in 1921. He died as a young father on March 12, 1921, at the age of 26, and was buried in his hometown.
