Pierre Cressac [1] dit Toulouse was baptized at the church of Saint-Étienne in Toulouse, Languedoc (today Haute-Garonne), France on 19 April 1714. [2][3] He was the son of Pierre Cressac and Catherine Subra (or Subranne) from the parish of St-Etienne, Toulouse, France.

Pierre Cressac married Anne Comeau, widow of Joseph Levron, on 13 April 1755 in Petitcoudiac, Acadie.[4]

Pierre was a soldier with the company of Contrecoeur, stationed at Fort Beauséjour.

He married Catherine Vincent in Acadie around 1758. Pierre was around 44 years of age and Catherine was around 18.[5]

He passed away on 26 February 1791 and was buried 2 days later at St-François-de-Beauce (Beauceville).[7][8]
