IF she were born the minimum time apart according to the registered Quarters (March Quarter for birth and September Quarter for death), that could put her at 15 months of age at death using 31st March and 1st July.
If, however, she were born as early as the 1st January and died as late as the 30th September, she could have been as much as 21 months old.
That her age is listed as 0 years is in error, but it also may indicate she was closer to 1 year in age, than 2 years. (It is possible it was somewhere between the 15 months and the 21 months, but given the 0 years it is more likely she was 15 or 16 months old at death.)

Another issue is that if "before" is used in the data fields, it totally ignores the day and / or month when used, making search results show as "before 1846", or "before 1847", both of which are inaccurate.
