- His daughter Janet is estimated to have been born prior to 25 Oct 1471 placing his marriage before 8 Feb 1470/71 and his birth before 8 Feb 1456/57.
- Campbell[6] refers to Patrick as the late brother of Peter in 1529, so Patrick certainly died before that date.
