When James Harvie was 26 he married Annie Maude Vradenburgh on 11 August 1885 in Fredericton, York County, New Brunswick, Canada.[2][3]

James Harvie died at the age of 70 on 17 April 1930 in Fredericton, York, New Brunswick, Canada.[4]
