Celia was born in 1835. Daughter of Captain James Crockett and Mary Parsons Haskell, Celia married Rudolph Pulaski on February 14, 1864 in Seneca County, Ohio. She and Rudolph had 6 children. Their daughter Maude died very young, but the rest lived into adulthood.
